Volunteer's Profile

Liz leads global talent strategy and change management projects at EY. She works with stakeholders worldwide and pivots her skills to work on a diverse array of projects. Last year, Liz got creative as a Product Manager, working with developers, UI and UX designers to develop an innovative global careers site for our technology professionals at EY. Currently, Liz is leading the talent work streams of an internal business transformation involving 5000 employees globally whilst also working on developing a global career value proposition for our Corporate Finance professionals that connects our people to our go-to-market strategy. She is also kicking off a global project on Experiences at EY.

Previously Liz has led several other business initiatives including the Future of Work project. This focussed on better integration of offshoring resources, accessing the gig economy and identifying our skills for the future.  Liz’s role also has a large communications element, developing all comms assets for global talent initiatives.
