Jo is the founder of 4 Voices, a charity set up to help girls and women who are experiencing or at risk of experiencing domestic violence, homelessness and social or digital isolation. Jo was the former CEO of Orange Sky - the mobile laundry service for people who are homeless. In starting 4 Voices Jo realised that connection was the single biggest need in most people’s lives. Hence the 4 voices connection hub, staffed by volunteers, travels to many different locations in and around Brisbane offering access to free Wifi, mobile phones, laptops, coffee, tea and most importantly social support and conversation.
